39. INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy explains how Easy 2 Buy Distributors LLC, operating Seller ASAP, collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you visit SellerASAP.com, create an account, purchase or use Seller ASAP Services, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with Seller ASAP.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through Seller ASAP and related communications.

Seller ASAP is primarily a business-to-business service intended for Amazon sellers and other commercial users.

Depending on how you use Seller ASAP, we may collect the following categories of information.

Seller ASAP does not require your Amazon Seller Central username, password, or API credentials to provide its current Services.

Seller ASAP may store information generated through the Services, including:

verification dates and times;

observed listing information;

Buy Box or Featured Offer observations;

seller observations;

product availability observations;

report results;

historical monitoring results;

processing status; and

technical information related to verification attempts.

D. Payment and Transaction Information

When you purchase a subscription or on-demand Service, we may receive information such as:

subscription plan;

transaction amount;

transaction date;

payment status;

invoice or transaction identifier;

billing name or address where applicable; and

limited payment-method information, such as card type or last four digits, if provided to us by our payment processor.

Seller ASAP may use third-party payment processors.

Seller ASAP does not need to store complete credit-card numbers when payment information is processed directly by a third-party payment processor.

Payment processors process payment information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

E. Communications and Support Information

If you contact us, we may collect:

email address;

the content of your message;

support requests;

attachments you voluntarily provide; and

records of communications with Seller ASAP.

F. Website and Technical Information

41. INFORMATION WE DO NOT NEED FROM YOUR AMAZON ACCOUNT

Seller ASAP’s current Services are designed to operate without connecting directly to your Amazon Seller Central account.

We do not require you to provide Seller ASAP with:

your Amazon Seller Central password;

your Amazon Seller Central login credentials;

Amazon API credentials;

authorization to modify Amazon listings;

authorization to modify Amazon prices;

authorization to change Amazon advertising;

authorization to change inventory; or

authorization to take actions within your Amazon account.

Customers should not send Seller ASAP passwords or other unnecessary sensitive credentials through support messages, uploaded files, or other communications.

42. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

Seller ASAP may use information we collect to:

create and maintain Customer accounts;

authenticate users;

provide monitoring and verification Services;

process ASINs;

generate reports;

send scheduled or on-demand reports;

maintain report history;

process subscriptions and payments;

provide customer support;

communicate concerning accounts or Services;

send billing and renewal information;

detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, misuse, or security threats;

maintain and improve the reliability of Seller ASAP;

diagnose technical issues;

develop and improve features;

understand general Service usage;

enforce these Terms;

protect Seller ASAP, its Customers, and third parties;

comply with legal obligations; and

establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to analyze usage, evaluate performance, improve our Services, and develop new features.

43. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

Seller ASAP may use cookies, local storage, session technologies, and similar technologies.

These technologies may be used to:

keep Customers signed in;

maintain account sessions;

remember preferences;

protect account security;

prevent fraud;

measure website performance;

identify technical errors; and

understand how the Services are used.

Seller ASAP may also use third-party analytics or infrastructure providers that place or read cookies or similar technologies as part of providing their services.

You may be able to control certain cookies through your browser settings or any cookie controls made available on Seller ASAP.

Disabling essential cookies may prevent portions of Seller ASAP from functioning correctly.

45. SALE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Seller ASAP does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

Seller ASAP does not operate a business model based on selling Customer contact information or Seller ASAP account information to data brokers.

If Seller ASAP’s practices materially change in the future in a way that applicable law considers a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for targeted advertising requiring an opt-out right, Seller ASAP will provide any notice and choice mechanisms required by applicable law.

46. CUSTOMER DATA AND AGGREGATED INFORMATION

Customer Data submitted to Seller ASAP remains Customer information as described in Part I.

Seller ASAP may create aggregated or de-identified information from Service activity.

Seller ASAP may use aggregated or de-identified information for purposes including:

analytics;

benchmarking;

Service improvement;

capacity planning;

fraud prevention;

reliability testing;

statistical analysis; and

development of new features.

Seller ASAP will take reasonable measures intended to prevent information represented as de-identified from being used to identify a particular individual.

47. DATA RETENTION

Seller ASAP retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, subject to legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution requirements.

Retention periods may vary by type of information.

For example:

active account information may be retained while the account remains active;

billing and transaction records may be retained as necessary for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes;

security logs may be retained for a reasonable period for security and troubleshooting;

ASIN verification history and reports may be retained according to the retention period associated with the Customer’s selected Seller ASAP plan.

Seller ASAP may delete or anonymize information after the applicable retention period expires.

Termination of an account does not necessarily require immediate deletion of all records where retention is reasonably necessary or legally permitted.

48. DATA SECURITY

Seller ASAP uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, loss, or disclosure.

These measures may include, as appropriate:

access controls;

authentication controls;

encryption in transit;

restricted administrative access;

system monitoring;

logging;

backups;

security updates; and

use of reputable infrastructure and service providers.

No website, database, network, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Accordingly, Seller ASAP cannot guarantee absolute security of information.

Customers are also responsible for protecting their passwords, devices, email accounts, and Seller ASAP account credentials.

If Seller ASAP becomes aware of a security incident involving personal information, Seller ASAP will investigate and provide notifications where required by applicable law.

49. PRIVACY RIGHTS AND REQUESTS

Depending on where you reside and which privacy laws apply, you may have rights concerning certain personal information, such as the right to request:

confirmation that we process your personal information;

access to certain personal information;

correction of inaccurate information;

deletion of certain personal information;

a portable copy of certain information; or

information concerning certain disclosures or processing activities.

Seller ASAP is primarily intended for business and professional use.

Information relating to an individual acting for a company may be used to administer the company’s Seller ASAP account, provide support, process transactions, and communicate about the Services.

If a company provides Seller ASAP with information concerning its employees, contractors, or authorized users, that company is responsible for ensuring it has the authority to provide such information.

51. SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION

Seller ASAP is not designed to collect sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for providing the Services.

Customers should not submit information such as:

Social Security numbers;

government identification numbers;

financial-account passwords;

Amazon passwords;

medical information;

biometric information; or

other unnecessary sensitive personal information.

If such information is voluntarily submitted without being requested, Seller ASAP may delete it when identified.

52. CHILDREN

Seller ASAP is intended for business users and is not intended for children.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Seller ASAP account.

Seller ASAP does not knowingly solicit personal information from children.

If we learn that personal information from a child was collected in circumstances requiring deletion, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Parents or guardians who believe a child has improperly provided personal information to Seller ASAP may contact info@sellerasap.com.

53. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES

Seller ASAP may contain links to Amazon or other third-party websites.

This Privacy Policy does not govern third-party websites, platforms, payment processors, or other services that Seller ASAP does not control.

Customers should review the privacy policies of third-party services they use.

Seller ASAP is not responsible for a third party’s privacy, security, or data practices.

54. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

Seller ASAP may send Customers transactional and operational emails including:

account verification messages;

monitoring reports;

daily or scheduled reports;

payment confirmations;

billing notices;

password or security notices;

product or service announcements; and

important account communications.

Certain operational communications are necessary to provide the Services and may continue while the relevant account or subscription remains active.

If Seller ASAP sends promotional marketing communications, recipients may use the unsubscribe mechanism provided in those communications where required.

55. INTERNATIONAL USERS

Seller ASAP is operated from the United States.

Information submitted to Seller ASAP may be stored and processed in the United States and in other locations where Seller ASAP’s service providers maintain infrastructure.

If you access Seller ASAP from outside the United States, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions whose privacy laws may differ from those in your location, subject to applicable legal requirements.

56. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Seller ASAP may update this Privacy Policy as its Services, technology, legal requirements, or business practices change.

The Effective Date shown at the top of this document identifies the current version.

If a change is material, Seller ASAP may provide notice through:

the Customer account;

email; or

another reasonable method.

Continued use of Seller ASAP after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes acknowledgement of the updated policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
